Ik ben vrij vlug nadat ik deze blog begonnen ben, kunnen overstappen naar de nieuwe beta-versie. Het grote voordeel daarvan is dat er weinig gevaar was dat er iets zou verloren gaan, omdat er nog bijna niks was, het nadeel dat ik nu met een versie zit waar de 'bugs' nog uitmoeten.
De layout van de blog veranderen is zelfs voor mij nu supersimpel, geen html-codes meer, hoera!!! Dingen verplaatsen, kleuren kiezen ed duurt maar heel even, een post opladen gaat supersnel en zonder problemen.
Mar ik ben wel al de werkbalk boven mijn post-venster kwijt geweest, krijg ik vaak posts in verschillende lettergrotes...allemaal niet zo erg.
Wat wel vervelend is, zijn de problemen bij de comments.
Ik heb al een paar mailtjes gekregen van mensen die gewoon geen comment meer kunnen achterlaten en dan opeens weer wel. Of zelfs eerst wel en dan niet meer... Of zoals Elke gisteren, dit enkel onder 'anonymous' of 'other' kunnen doen.
Op de Blogger-help pagina staan een aantal problemen vermeld, maar deze zijn zogezegd allemaal verholpen...euh...niet dus.
Ik denk dat er niets anders opzit dan gewoon af te wachten en te hopen dat het allemaal inderdaad zal verholpen zijn eens alle blogs naar de beta versie zijn overgeschakeld en ondertussen wat op het forum gaan snuisteren of er tips te vinden zijn. Voor Elke heb ik zo al gevonden dat de oorzaak ligt bij het feit dat zij (waarschijnlijk?) nog niet met de nieuwe versie werkt.
Ik geef een seintje als de zoektocht nog iets oplevert.

Inderdaad Sabine, ik heb heel vaak een probleem om bij jou een comment te geven. Ik krijg het gewoon niet open.
Ik ondervind nog geen enkel voordeel van die nieuwe versie hoor, behalve dat het inderdaad veel vlugger gaat om te posten.

Ik had al de idee dat het inderdaad niet zo'n vriendelijke manier van Blogger was om mij duidelijk te maken dat ik hun oude zooi moest laten voor wat het was, om in het nieuwe ding te stappen. Nou, mooi niet! Ik ben voor vooruitgang, maar op PC-gebied mag deze niet te snel gaan. Hahaha!
